SafeScan Now is staffed by four full-time editors. Each inbox below routes to a named person on /editorial-team/, every message is acknowledged within three working days, and corrections are logged on the affected page with the date and the editor responsible.

Direct answer

SafeScan Now runs five inboxes — editorial, corrections, press, legal, and reader contributions — each routed to a named editor with a published response window. We don't accept brand pitches, paid placements, or guest-post requests through any of them.

Most affiliate review sites bury their contact details and answer no email. We deliberately do the opposite. The inboxes below are read by named editors on staff. We answer corrections within ten working days, press queries within two, and legal correspondence within three. If you don't hear back, the message did not arrive — write again, please.

We do not accept brand pitches, paid placements, sponsored rankings, sponsored news inclusion, guest posts, link-trade arrangements, or 'partnership' content of any kind through any of the inboxes above. There is no exception for 'no-follow' links, 'just one mention,' or 'industry-expert' bylines.

If you work for an antivirus vendor, an affiliate manager, a PR agency representing one, or a link-buying network, please disclose it in the first sentence of your message. We will read the email — vendor input is genuinely useful for fact-checking — but we do not take advertising under any circumstances and we do not run vendor-supplied review copy as our own.
